We are in need of a new Telegram group, that needs a bot which can do certain things. The following actions it should be able to do, the rest is optional and to be done by us.
The things it should be able to do:
- Create a new ticket
- Send quoation to customer
- Ask customer for approval of the quotation
- Ask customer for feedback of the work that has be done.
- Be able to be modified by us.
