Trading Bot to Connect Telegram to Bingx

I'm looking for a programmer to create a trading bot. The bot's role will be reading messages from a specified Telegram channel and executing trades on the Bingx exchange. This is for cryptocurrency trading.
Key Requirements:
- Connect a Telegram trading signals channel with the Bingx exchange.
- Execute trades automatically based on Telegram signals, without manual input.
- Manage various trade modifications: Stop-loss (SL), Take-profit (TP), partial closures, and setting Break Even points.
Skills and experience needed:
- Proficient in programming, with a focus on creating trading bots.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading and the Bingx exchange.
- Experience working with Telegram API.
