Telegram: move users between 2 telegram groups

I need to move 1700 users from 1 telegram group to another.

I had hired someone from here to start, but they had a medical emergency and had to stop.
They had moved about 40 users, but need to complete the rest..
Need someone to see which users have moved and then copy the balance..
