Telegram bot connected to Binance, KuCoin, OKEx

I'd like to do some telegram bots, similar to this: https://t.me/whalebotpumps

I would need however to have separate bots, with these specs:

3 exchanges, 3 bots: Binance, KuCoin, OKEx, only on futures only, not spot. Here are the names of the bots:

Ghozt Binance Pump & Dump
Ghozt OKEx Pump & Dump
Ghozt KuCoin Pump & Dump

Pump and/or Dump detector for:
+/- 50% for 1h timeframe.
+/- 50% for 15min timeframe.
+/- 30% for 15min timeframe.
+/- 20% for 5min timeframe.

So if Im correct, we need to create a bot that listens all USDT assets for the 3 exchange in socket and 3 interval (1h, 15m, 5m) and send telegram message if needed.

These are the specs of that Telegram channel:
