Telegram Watch to Earn Mini-App

I want to launch a Telegram mini-app where users earn rewards for watching short advertising spots. The flow is simple: the user opens my bot, the mini-app loads an ad, the video plays to completion, the view is verified, and an internal balance is updated instantly.

Here is what I need built and handed over:

• A Telegram Bot API entry point that opens the mini-app
• A responsive web-app front end that streams the advertisement and detects 100 % completion
• A small back-end (any modern stack is fine) to track users, impressions, and reward balances, with an admin panel for manual adjustments
• Anti-fraud logic so refreshed or skipped views do not pay out
• Clear, commented source code plus deployment instructions that let me move the project to my own server

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Successful end-to-end reward credit after a full ad view on both mobile and desktop Telegram.
2. Admin panel shows real-time stats that match what I see as a user.
3. Code passes a quick read-through for clarity and is installable from scratch with the supplied guide.
