Telegram Usernames Scraper Bot

I need a reliable Telegram bot that can automatically collect the usernames of every member in several groups and channels I specify. The bot’s only job is to pull that single piece of member information—usernames—and export it in an easy-to-use format (plain text or CSV is fine).

Here is the flow I have in mind: once I provide a list of group or channel links, the bot connects through the official Telegram API, fetches the complete member list for each space, and saves the usernames without duplicates. Because the target groups will change over time, I also want to be able to edit the list, re-run the scraper when needed, and get an updated file.

A simple command interface or configuration file is all I require, as long as setup is clear and credentials are handled securely. Please include brief usage instructions and note any Telegram limits or permissions I must arrange before running the bot. If you have experience with Telethon, Pyrogram, NodeGram, or similar libraries, that is a plus—feel free to suggest the toolset you prefer.

Deliverables: the working script or executable bot, a short read-me showing how to run it against multiple groups, and a sample output file to confirm everything is captured correctly.
