Telegram Userbot with AI Translation + Web Publishing

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a secure and fully automated Telegram bot (or userbot) with the following features:

Required Features:

1. Automatically read messages from one or more source Telegram channels (Channel X) — even if they have "Restrict Saving Content" enabled.


2. Translate messages instantly using AI (ChatGPT, DeepL, or similar) into Arabic, English, or French.


3. Filter or skip specific messages based on language or keywords.


4. Automatically repost the translated messages into another destination channel (Channel Y).


5. Optional manual approval or editing of messages before posting.


6. Ability to connect the bot to my private website in the future — so that the translated messages can also be published there via API or any suitable method.


7. Configurable settings via control panel or file:
 • Add/remove source channels
 • Change destination channel
 • Select translation language
 • Toggle website publishing option



Technical Requirements:

Use Telethon or Pyrogram (not regular Bot API).

Secure login via Telegram session string or second phone number, with ability to reset or update credentials anytime.

Clean, modular, and well-documented code.

The entire process should be fully automated once set up.
