Telegram Support Auto-Reply Bot

I want to set up a Telegram bot that can instantly handle routine customer-support questions with a library of predefined answers. The goal is simple: when a user sends a common query in our Telegram chat, the bot recognises the intent and sends back the right response without ever needing to involve a human agent.
You’ll need solid experience with the Telegram Bot API, webhook configuration and either Python or Node.js—whichever you prefer, as long as it is clean, well-documented code. I will provide the full list of Q&A pairs; your task is to map each keyword or phrase to its corresponding answer, ensure the matching is reliable, and make it straightforward for me to add or edit entries later.
Key deliverables:
• Source code with clear comments
• A small admin script or config file that lets me update the question-answer set
• Deployment on my chosen server (I’m using a basic VPS with Ubuntu)
• Quick read-me explaining setup, token management and how to extend the bot
The project is finished when the bot is live, responds correctly to every item in the Q&A list, and logs each interaction to a simple text or CSV file for reference.
