Develop an application that connects to a user's Telegram account using Telegram’s user API, scrapes messages from selected Telegram groups/channels/chats, extracts smart contract addresses (CAs), filters them based on specified criteria (e.g., blockchain type, sender), and forwards the filtered CAs to a target Telegram chat or group.
