Telegram Shop Bot Development
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I’m setting up a Telegram-based storefront for my physical products and need a turnkey bot that lets customers browse a catalog, drop items into a cart, and complete their purchase without ever leaving the chat. The flow should feel as smooth as a modern e-commerce site: rich product cards, photos, prices, live stock checks, and an order-summary message before payment.
The core of the job is wiring this experience to the Telegram Bot API, handling state (cart, shipping address, promo codes), and triggering confirmations for both the buyer and me. I’ll manage the inventory data in a Google Sheet or a lightweight database—let me know which you prefer and why—so the bot needs practical CRUD hooks for updates.
For checkout I must accept:
• Credit/Debit cards (Stripe preferred)
• Cryptocurrency (USDT and BTC to start)
• Bank transfer (bot should generate a reference code and wait for manual approval)
If you can optionally keep a PayPal module ready but switched off, that’s a plus.
After purchase, the bot should capture shipping details, push the order into my backend log, and send out a tracking link once I mark it shipped. An inline admin command for updating order status or issuing a refund will save me plenty of time.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Source code with clear setup instructions (Python, Node.js, or Go—your choice, as long as it’s well-documented).
2. A small admin script or panel for product and order management.
3. Deployment help to get the bot live on my server (Ubuntu with Docker available).
4. A brief hand-off call or video walkthrough so I understand the workflow and can extend it later.
Acceptance criteria: the bot must pass a test order end-to-end with each payment rail, show no blocking errors in the Telegram logs, and be ready for real customers within two weeks of project start.
