Telegram Scraper & DM Automation

I need a single, reliable solution that can first pull every available username from any public or private Telegram group I specify and then send each of those users an individual direct message. I only require the usernames—no IDs or profile details—so the scraper portion should focus exclusively on that field.

Because I will provide the message template, the sender must allow simple placeholders such as {username} so every outbound DM feels personal. Once I load my template, the tool should automatically inject the correct username and handle the rest in the background.
