Telegram Scraper & Adder Bot

I need a small Telegram script that will:

• Scan one or more public groups and grab every visible username
• Immediately invite or add each scraped user into a target group or chat that I specify

Key points
– Public groups only; no need for private-link handling
– I’m interested solely in usernames, not messages or user IDs
– No database storage is required; the usernames just flow straight into the add routine
– Respect Telegram rate limits: incorporate configurable delays, batch sizes, and automatic retries so the account running the script stays safe
– Written in Python using Telethon, Pyrogram, or another well-known Telegram API library so I can maintain it later
– Deliver the complete, well-commented source code plus a short README that shows how to obtain API keys, set group links, adjust limits, and launch the tool on Windows or Linux

A quick test run that demonstrates users being moved from one public group to the destination chat will serve as final acceptance.
