Telegram Order Placer Bot

I need a Telegram bot to facilitate order placement. The bot should also collect user information, specifically phone numbers and addresses.

Key Requirements:
- Automate order placement
- Collect user info: phone number, address

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Telegram Bot API
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Node.js
- Familiarity with data handling and privacy protocols

Also will need to add the whole menu with categories and itemized buttons. WILL SEND A FULL ORDER PDF AND WILL HAVE A 30 minute video call about the project before paying and stating it.
