I want to build a system that can forward messages from a specific Telegram channel (not owned by me) to my private Telegram channel. However, I only want to forward messages that contain certain keywords, which I will define and manage through a bot.
The bot should include the following features:
• Add a keyword along with a custom “note”
• Delete a keyword
• List all keywords and their associated notes
• Edit the phone number that should be called when a matching message is detected
