I am in need of a system that can send messages to specific users in a Telegram group.
I wish to market to users in a group i can see them and can send them messages but there are 30k users so i wish to automate the process
Key Requirements:
- The system should be able to send the same message to all users in the group.
- The frequency of the messages will be 'as needed'.
- Customization of messages for individual users in the group is not required.
