Telegram Bot Development for Data Collection

I am a medical professional looking to automate article collection from a Telegram group into Google Drive using the free plan of Make (formerly Integromat). The goal is to create a reliable, low-maintenance workflow.
Scope of Work:
Create and configure a Telegram bot.
Connect the bot to Make using webhook mode (not polling).
Capture the following from a Telegram group:
Uploaded or forwarded PDF documents
Messages containing article links (URLs)
Automatically upload:
PDFs into a designated Google Drive folder
Links saved as Google Docs files in a separate Drive folder
Ensure compatibility with NotebookLM by organizing files correctly in Drive.
Test full workflow end-to-end.
Provide a short Loom/video walkthrough explaining:
How the system works
How to troubleshoot
How to modify filters later
Technical Requirements:
Must use Make free plan only (no paid tools)
Must use webhook trigger
Clean folder structure in Google Drive
Proper error handling (no duplicate uploads if possible)
