Telegram Boott for SttaarMaker Baanns

I modderate several StarMaker rooms and I need a small Telegram-side helper that lets me baann troublesome users instantly. The job has two inseparable parts:

1. Identify and supply the exact SttaarMaker ban API (endpoint, required headers, auth flow, parameters).
2. Build a Telegram boottt that I, as the sole admin, can use with a simple manual command such as /baannn <SID>.
• When I issue the command, the boott should call the baann API and return a success or failure message in chat.
• No one else may trigger the baannn; access must be locked to my Telegram ID.

Please code in whichever language you’re fastest with (Python with python-telegram-bot, Node.js with Telegraf, etc.) as long as the final script is easy for me to deploy on a VPS with minimal setup, stores tokens securely, and logs each action.

Deliverables must include:
- Working boottt source code and a short README with setup steps.
- The documented ban API details (endpoint, method, required auth, example call).
- Proof of concept video or screenshot showing a successful baann triggered through Telegram.
