Telegram Arbitrage Trading Bot

I'm in need of a Telegram-based trading bot that can perform arbitrage trading on Binance and Bybit.

The trading bot is intended to:

- Monitor Binance and Bybit for profitable arbitrage opportunities.

Ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience in developing trading bots
- Proficiency in Binance and Bybit APIs
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency trading, particularly in arbitrage
- Ability to integrate the bot with Telegram
