I’m looking to build a Telegram bot that connects directly to Polymarket and places bids for me without manual intervention. The focus for this first release is a single, powerful feature set:
• Automatic bidding with a fully customizable strategy.
• Conditional bidding logic that fires the moment a market price crosses user-defined thresholds.
• Real-time monitoring of price changes so the bot reacts within seconds.
Key expectations
– Seamless Polymarket API integration (order placement, balance checks, market data).
– Simple Telegram commands or a config file where I can set my conditions, stake limits, and risk parameters.
– Clear in-chat notifications confirming every bid and summarizing daily activity.
– Robust error handling and logging so I can audit the bot’s actions.
Nice-to-have (for later phases) could include other strategy types—fixed amount or percentage-based—but the immediate deliverable is the conditional, price-triggered engine.
If you’ve built trading or crypto bots before and are comfortable with both Telegram Bot API and on-chain transactions, this should be straightforward. Code quality matters; I’ll need well-commented source code and deployment instructions so I can host the bot myself.
