Python Developer Needed for Telegram DM Automation (Telethon / Pyrogram)

Project Description:
I run a Telegram channel and receive ~600 direct messages per day. I need a Python-based Telegram automation that can handle DM filtering and forward real support cases to me.

The system should run on my Telegram account (not a simple bot).

Required Features:

1. Automatically detect incoming DMs and send a welcome message.

2. Keyword detection for common support messages such as:
- deposit problem
- recharge not showing
- withdrawal issue

3. Automatically ask the user for:
- recharge screenshot
- UTR number
- wallet screenshot

4. When a screenshot or UTR is received, automatically forward the case to the admin (me).

5. Add random reply delays (5–20 seconds) to avoid Telegram spam detection.

6. Use message variations so replies are not identical every time.

7. The script should run on a VPS server and include setup instructions.

Technical Requirements:

- Python
- Telegram API
- Telethon or Pyrogram experience

Deliverables:
