Italian Website Scraper & Telegram Bot

I need a fully automated pipeline that visits a dynamic Italian website, drills down only into the specific sub-categories I will provide, captures selected data fields, and immediately relays them to my personal Telegram chat.

The website is heavily JavaScript-driven, so a headless browser solution (Playwright preferred) is expected unless a technically justified alternative is proposed.

Scope:
• Scraper navigates only specified sub-categories
• Extract required fields and output structured JSON
• Detect and notify only NEW records (no duplicates)
• Telegram Bot API posts instantly or via scheduled interval
• Deploy and configure on my Italian VPS
• Logging, error handling, auto-restart (systemd or equivalent)
• Modular, well-documented code
• Private Git repository delivery
• Two weeks post-launch hyper-care

Acceptance criteria:
1. All named sub-categories are scraped without errors
2. Only new records trigger Telegram alerts
3. Service auto-restarts if it fails
4. Works from an Italian VPS IP
5. Full source code + README + requirements provided
