Interactive Telegram IVR Payment Bot

Telegram IVR bot
I would like a phone system made to take payments from customers.
How I would like it to work:
- I upload a list of mobile phone numbers (preferably to a telegram bot)
- It calls the numbers one by one.
- When someone answers it will play them and IVR message and they will press 1.
- After they press 1 it will play them a message and tell them to type their details on the keypad.
- After they type the details it will tell them please wait.
- The operator using the telegram bot will see what they typed on the keypad, check that it is correct and then press a button which message to play to them next. So basically after the initial 2 messages everything is controlled from the telegram bot.
- There will then be multiple options to choose from, and depending on the option chosen a different message will be played to the person who answered the call.
- I should be able to upload custom audio files to be played for all the options.
- The number that calls the clients should be easily changeable. Also the audio files should be easily changeable.
- There should also be an option on the bot to forward the call to a selected number which can be edited and changed in the script.
