Help with MadelineProto - Telegram API

I need some help with the MadelineProto API server at
https://github.com/xtrime-ru/TelegramApiServer.

Specifically, I need to know how to:

- Create a group/channel
- Add a user to the group/channel
- Remove a user from the group/channel
- Generate an individual invitation link.
