Enhance Twitter API Features for Bot

I need a developer to improve my Telegram bot which interacts with Twitter. The bot currently supports several commands that interact with Twitter data. Your task will include enhancing these commands and possibly implementing new ones. The commands to fork include:

- /twitter_reuse or /x [twitter-handle]: Interacts with a specific Twitter handle
- /notable_followers or /nfl [username]: Identifies notable followers of a given username
- /scam [twitter-handle]: Checks if a Twitter handle is associated with scams
- /first [twitter-handle]: Interacts with the first Tweet from a specific handle

You can preview the features by using the /preview command. I will provide the Twitter API key for you.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Python or similar languages used for bot development
- Experience with Twitter API
- Prior work with Telegram bots is a plus
- Ability to enhance existing commands and implement new ones based on user needs
- Understanding of user profiles and follower details extraction

Please note, the commands should primarily interact with any handle provided by users. The focus will be on extracting user profiles and follower details from the Twitter API.
