TG Custom Conversation Automation Without Bot

We are looking for an experienced developer to build a conversation automation system that uses real account holders (not bots) to interact within groups and direct messages.
The system must:
-Automate interactions using real accounts we control.
-Support multiple accounts, with secure login/session management.
-Allow accounts to join groups easily via links or predefined lists.
-Optionally include a dashboard for configuration, monitoring, and reporting.
Requirements:
Experience with TG API.
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or related languages.
Knowledge of session management and human-like automation patterns.
Security-conscious approach to account data storage and usage.
