Create a paid Telegram Channel Solution

I need to create a solution to make paid Telegram groups. Payment to be made in crypto (coin base commerce), payfast and Stripe. Users should pay for access for a defined period of time like a month or year. When their subscription is over they will be blocked from the channel or group unless they renew (make the payment again). The solution must be reusable and be able to be applied to multiple accounts or channels. The solution must be monetizable like a SaaS so the Channel owners using this solution should pay me to use it whiles they get paid by their Group or channel members.
