Create a Telegram Bot from the base in GitHub

Hello, I need to copy, translate into Spanish (I already have a translation of everything I need) and activate this bot from GitHub:

This bot has 54 questions and at the end gives you a summary of all the answers of the users. I've already translated all the questions, but I need to add four more questions but without adding them into a body of 54, just put them after and show a result apart.
The original GitHub Bot is build at Docker Compose, so you will need this for a work – all the work won't take more than a couple of hours, basically, it's just a reactivation of an already existed bot with a minimal changes.
