Bybit copytrade bot -- 2

I need a bot capable of opening trades on my Bybit copytrade account from messages I send to a group on Telegram. Below is an example of a message that will be sent on the Telegram groups:
Symbol: BTCUSDT
Side: Long
Entry Price: 28800
Take-Profit: 29000
Stop Loss: 28600
Orders must be of the Limit IOC type. It should be possible to configure the volume (amount) and leverage of the bot.
Take-profit and Stop Loss must only be sent if the position is opened and must be of the OCO type
The bot should update the trade statuses in the Telegram group.
The bot must run on a free online server
