BOT TELEGRAM + HOTMART

I need a telegram bot that essentially does:
- communicate with the hotmart platform and check if the person who is talking to him has paid for the product and, if he has paid, insert him into the secret group;
- in the secret group, people sell and buy shoes, for example. who wants to buy press the I WANT TO BUY button and, through conversation with a bot, fill in a quick questionnaire about color, size and quantity and, after finishing, the purchase request is registered in the group with a code.
- whoever wants to sell, type in another bot the code of the offer and this will then be sent to the one who wants to buy and they can talk privately and negotiate.
Basically, it would be a meeting place for people who want to sell and buy, but who don't talk through the group, they just register the offer in a standardized and automatic way.
