Advanced Telegram Reporter Automation

Core capabilities I expect
• Multi-account support – If you provide me api id of multiple user i will pay more
• Customisable report text – before every run I can set (or load from config) the exact reason/message that each account submits.
• Scheduler – I choose date, time, and interval, hit Start, and the script fires the reports at the set moments without keeping a console window open.

Please include clear setup instructions, straightforward configuration (INI, YAML, or JSON is fine), and concise logs so I can see which accounts succeeded or failed. Command-line operation is perfectly acceptable; a minimal Tkinter or web GUI is welcome but optional.

Deliverables
1. Clean, well-commented Python source code.
2. Requirements.txt with all dependencies.
3. A short README that walks me through obtaining account sessions, filling in credentials, and launching scheduled runs.

I will test by aiming several hundred reports at a dummy chat; the job is complete when the scheduler runs unattended and each configured account submits the custom message as expected.
