DC power cable calculator app

Need someone to create an app to calculate power cable size based on 3 different factors, and bump it against cable size circular mills, to select proper cable or number of cables.
I have the formula, and all of the information in Excel File. Just need someone to create an app.
Are there options to protect it? I do not believe that something like this exists at this time.
