Vicidial Press-1 Campaign Setup

I need my Vicidial server configured for a fully agent-less “Press 1” outbound campaign that can run unattended. The list you will be dialing is a mixed audience of customers and cold prospects, so the system must handle large, varied datasets smoothly.

Here is the flow I’m after:
• The dialer places the call and immediately plays a promotional offer recording (I’ll supply the final WAV/MP3).
• When the recipient presses 1, the call should be transferred in real time to a single phone number I will provide.
• No agent will ever log in; the campaign has to launch, recycle and terminate automatically.

You’ll take care of all campaign, list, and call-routing settings inside Vicidial, confirm audio formats, build the press-1 logic, and test live to prove that the transfer happens every time. Please document any custom dial-plan entries or SIP settings you change so I can reproduce this later.
