Urgent Cisco 8851 Paging Fix
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I’m looking for immediate remote assistance—today—to straighten out two issues on our Cisco 8851 desk phones. First, paging works everywhere except a handful of units; the affected extensions simply stay silent when we page. Second, one phone was relocated and now refuses to register with our CUCM cluster.
What I expect from you:
•resolve the non registering phone. Extension 210 Safety Office. We moved from yard 1 to Yard 2. We can ping it, see its web interface from both sides, but wont register.
• Re-register the moved phone and confirm two-way audio and dialing in its new spot.
• Leave me with a concise bullet-point summary of the root causes and the exact CUCM/SIP tweaks you applied so I can document them internally.
We have paging, extension 299 (each phone has a button) which is supposed to page to our AXIS C1310 speaker IP 192.168.1.199 but it stopped and is only a fast busy.
Successful completion will open the door to regular Cisco voice work with us, from firmware rollouts to dial-plan clean-ups. If you’re free to jump on this right now, let’s connect and get these phones talking again.
