UAE Telecom Registration Assistant (Etisalat or DU) – Remote Guidance Only

I am looking for a UAE-based freelancer who can assist me with the official process of obtaining and activating a UAE mobile number (Etisalat or DU) while I am abroad.
I do not require you to register anything on my behalf.
All identity verification steps, document submissions, and final activation will be performed by me only through the official channels.
Your task is to provide:
What I need from you (allowed on Freelancer):
• Guidance on the correct Etisalat/DU procedures
• Verification that I am following the official steps
• Helping me understand UAE Pass requirements
• Checking that I submit the right documents
• Informing me about any appointment requirements
• Coordinating with customer support if needed
• General assistance to ensure the activation process goes smoothly
Important Notes (keeps the project compliant):
• You will not perform any identity verification for me.
• You will not activate a SIM card on my behalf.
• You will not use your own ID, UAE Pass, or personal data.
• All official registrations are done only by me.
Deliverables:

• Clear instructions on what I must prepare
• Support until the activation is successfully completed
• Optional follow-up if additional steps are required
Requirements:
• You must be physically located in the UAE
• Experience with Etisalat or DU customer procedures
• Familiarity with UAE Pass is a plus
