Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and develop comprehensive telecom safety training modules tailored to the needs of the O&M field team.
Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver both theoretical and practical training sessions on topics such as electrical safety, working at heights, RF safety, tower climbing safety, and emergency preparedness.
Assess Training Needs: Conduct assessments to identify the safety training needs of the O&M field team and customize training programs accordingly.
Evaluate Trainees: Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees through assessments, simulations, and practical exercises to ensure the effectiveness of the training.
Update Training Materials: Keep training content up-to-date with the latest industry standards, safety regulations, and technological advancements.
Safety Audits: Conduct on-site safety audits to evaluate the implementation of safety practices and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, assessment results, and certification status. Prepare and submit training reports to management.

Job Requirements:
Educational Background: Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Telecommunications, Telecom and Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in telecom safety training, preferably within the telecom industry or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom safety practices, including electrical safety, RF safety, tower climbing, and working at heights. Familiarity with O&M procedures in telecom operations.
Training Skills: Proven experience in developing and delivering safety training programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Assessment Abilities: Ability to assess training needs, evaluate trainee performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Certifications: Certifications in safety training are preferred.
