LoRaWAN IoT Network for Mining Site

I'm seeking a skilled professional to assist in building a LoRa-based IoT network for a mining site, covering a range of 10–15 km. Our project involves around 50 vehicle-mounted TCU devices acting as LoRa nodes, transmitting both diagnostic and tracking data to a central LoRaWAN gateway, particularly in areas lacking internet access. We've successfully validated P2P LoRa communication over 8–10 km and are now transitioning to LoRaWAN integration.

Scope of Work:
- Set up and configure a dedicated LoRaWAN gateway device (868 MHz)
- Deploy and configure a ChirpStack network server with a hybrid setup (both cloud-based and on-premises)
- Integrate and test TCU nodes for reliable uplink and downlink communication
- Ensure robust communication across a 10–15 km range

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with LoRaWAN, ChirpStack, and gateway hardware
- Familiarity with long-range IoT deployments and field testing
- Ability to configure and optimize network server setups

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in LoRaWAN technology and ChirpStack deployment
- Experience with dedicated LoRaWAN gateway devices
- Strong understanding of IoT network architecture and diagnostics
- Hands-on experience in field testing and troubleshooting long-range communication systems
