Handover decision in v2v communication by using machine learning -- 2

While vehicles are moving from a point to point they need to change base station at that point they need to proceed handover for connectiong new base station or mobile station. I want to show that handover is easy if we use machine learning. thus speed, location, and other base or mobile stations will be calculated and handover process will be faster so vehicle stays on the network, they are not affected that process
