3GPP MCPTT Certification Expert – Consultant for Mission-Critical PTT Compliance

We are developing a Push-to-Talk (PTT) communication platform called PTTHEX and are looking for an expert consultant with hands-on experience in 3GPP Mission Critical Services (MCX) standards and certification processes.
PTTHEX transforms smartphones into professional push-to-talk devices for sectors such as public safety, construction, logistics, and healthcare. We are exploring the path toward full 3GPP MCPTT compliance and GCF certification, and need expert guidance.
We want to start with an initial consultation call to:
- Assess our platform against 3GPP MCPTT standards (TS 22.179, TS 23.379, TS 24.379)
- Understand the gap between our solution and full GCF/TCCA certification
- Get a realistic roadmap and cost estimate for achieving compliance
- Discuss interoperability requirements with LMR systems (TETRA, P25)
- Advise on the certification process via GCF, ETSI Plugtests, and accredited test labs
Required experience:
- Deep knowledge of 3GPP Mission Critical Services (MCPTT, MCData, MCVideo)
- Experience with GCF certification processes for MCX products
- Familiarity with ETSI conformance testing and Plugtests
- Understanding of LMR interoperability (TETRA / P25 / DMR)
- Experience with public safety telecom standards (Rel-13, Rel-14 and beyond)
