GPON FTTH Pole-Line Design

Job ID: 39909914

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I already have a KMZ showing the complete aerial route and the exact POP/OLT location. The build will stay entirely on existing poles and use figure-8, 24-core overhead fibre out of the OLT.

What I need from you is a practical GPON layout that tells my construction crew exactly where every fibre access terminal—with its 1 × 16 splitter—must be installed.

Scope of work
• Analyse the KMZ, pole spacing and surrounding customer clusters.
• Choose the ideal FAT mounting points, balancing distance between poles, customer density and accessibility for maintenance.
• Lay out feeder and distribution spans, noting cable counts, slack loops and splice points.

Deliverables
1. Final network design in KMZ/KML (digital files only) with all FATs, splitters, splice enclosures and cable runs geo-tagged and colour-coded.
2. A concise legend or notes file explaining layer names, colour meanings and key design assumptions.

If you have hands-on experience with overhead GPON roll-outs and understand optical budgeting, pole hardware and figure-8 tension limits, let me know your turnaround time and preferred design tools.
