Dialer Study, Programming
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Call Centers are facing TIOS attacks and increased costs from dialers.
I would like to better understand how these practices are conducted so as best to mitigate them.
This project will focus on developing and understanding current dialer programs and their implementation. We would like to understand the current dialers in use, databases that dialers are using, and practices used currently in TIOS attacks.
We seek qualified applicants in developing a dialer or developing the environment in which a dialer may be used for the purposes of testing. We would like to implement the dialer and test the numbers generated, as well as better understand the means by which other parties are generating numbers to conduct TIOS attacks against call centers.
All work involved would be used as a means, in a secondary project, of providing virtual dialers to test in AI modeling against Real-World call lists for predictive modeling; we would like to reverse-engineer the likely dialer being used basing real-world data against virtualized probable patterns.
