A Block diagram Telecomunction project

I am looking for a freelancer to generate a block diagram for my project. The block diagram should incorporate software-hardware inputs and outputs, graphical designs/diagrams, data integration and modified results. Freelancers interested in this project must include details about their past work, relevant experience and detailed project proposals with their applications. Depending on the scope of the project, I require either a basic, intermediate or advanced level of detail.
