Bandwidth requirements estimation per user per application

I need to estimate the minimum bandwidth need per new employee in an office, in order to have each of the following application run smoothly. I need the numbers per applications and for each number I need the source that provides that number or the formula to get it.

The employee will use:

- Microsoft Remote Desktop to run remote sessions to use administrative software hosted in remote facilites
- Windows to transfer files from remote servers and working stations
- Citrix client to run remote virtualized apps
- Microsoft Teams chat
- Microsoft Teams call
- Microsoft Teams videoconference
- Microsoft Teams screen sharing
- Software to remotely control another colleague's pc
- Browser to navigate private web app hosted in remote facilities
- Browser to navigate cloud services (no Youtube, Facebook etc. ...)
- Microsoft Outlook client 2016
- Share Point
