Angle of Arival estimation using SC-FDMA and MIMO

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with an Angle of Arrival (AoA) estimation project using SC-FDMA and MIMO techniques. The target application for this estimation is MIMO.

I already have a specific algorithm in mind for the estimation (MUSIC, ESPIRIT, EVC, and MLE), so the ideal freelancer should have experience in implementing algorithms for radar systems.
