Telecom SIM Hosting Agreement Draft

I run a UK-registered limited company that will host 4G/LTE SIM cards for a third-party reseller. Before we activate the service I want a rock-solid written agreement that keeps my exposure to an absolute minimum and satisfies the regulatory landscape that surrounds telecommunications.

Here is what I’m looking for:
