I need a consultant for a data center project focusing on testing telecom interconnections inside data center and between data centers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in:

- Data center telecom /network architecture for both internal and external Ethernet connections.
- Telecom Testing: Specializing in performance testing for data centers.

Experience in telecom and data center environments is a must.
