Personnel Relationship Associate

We are an IT Consulting company in the USA. Your goals is to recruit/ Maintain constant contact with passive candidates provided to you. We shall be training on how to identify skills, needs, map them with the requirements.
This will be a 4 hour to 8 hour per day (5 days a week) work. Need to have a good internet connection, Video conferencing in a Quite place and excellent hospitality.
The working hours will be between 8.30 am to 9.30 pm CST hours. Based on your ability to work in night shift, we shall assign the working hours.
