Texting Campaign Management

I need someone to manage a texting campaign to people that have filled out requests for information about life insurance. The idea is to send text messages to the prospective customers and follow up with those who have expressed an interest in getting more information. After the interest is expressed it's your job to set up an appointment so that I can sell them life insurance.
