Solar Sales Consultant/BDM
We are seeking 5 X energetic & enthusiastic Solar Sales Consultants/ Business development managers to join our new dynamic team. You will be working with our team based in Ahmedabad reporting directly to the Director & Project Admin/Head . Your core role involves developing the residential and commercial solar market Nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's leading Solar Power specialists and to be part of the dynamic and rapidly expanding solar industry.
To be eligible :
• Must Have 2 years of experience in Sales over the phone with an international BPO. Experience in an Australian market/campaign can be an advantage.
• Proven track record of exceeding set targets at selling, previous experience in solar industry is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
• Strong English Communications skills , negotiation skills , good listener, Coachable.
• Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills
• Able to use CRM
• Hard working , Honest , good work ethics
Role & Duties:
• Offering energy saving solutions after conducting property assessments.
• Following up and closing the deals on warm leads.
• Attend the Company leads and Generate your Own lead through the customer base.
• The ability to work autonomously and unsupervised, confident and motivated.
• Daily morning & evening reporting
• Current driver license. Own vehicle, laptop and mobile phone.
