Tekla precast concrete product modelling

I am in the early stages of developing a team based in Poland to deliver precast concrete modelling and drawings using Trimble Tekla software. I am looking for up to 10 modellers ranging in experience, with rates paid reflecting that experience. We have a large amount of continuous work, so we would like individuals who are committed to a long relationship.
Work will be to UK EC2 codes of practice.

1xManaging Engineer/RC Detailer
Necessary experience/skills:
Very good english: speaking and written
Very good knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing
Managing technical teams
Good organisation skills
Adaptable to deal with new activities (such as supporting office setup, arranging IT support, arranging software licenses with Tekla, reviewing office locations).
Ability to deliver a quality outcome to budgets and deadlines

Preferred experience/skills
Tekla structures RC Detailing (or steel detailing would be considered)
Experience of RC Detailing to UK Standards
Precast Concrete product knowledge

3 x Senior Engineer/RC Detailer
