Tekla Structures Conversion for Steel Hall

I have an Autocad project of a steel industrial hall that needs to be perfectly replicated in Tekla Structures. The Autocad file is attached. Please take your time before you give me a quote!
At the end of the job i should receive:
- the Tekla file
- the exported 3d . ifc file
- the excell file with the list of materials
- the excell file with the list of subassemblys and materials
- the cutted pieces files in dwg, nc and dxf format
- the subassembly execution drawings in dwg format
